How do I get started?

You can either book and move in online directly from our website or you can contact us and we can send you an online move in link to your phone or email. Once this is complete, we have received payment and verified your ID, we send you the location of your unit. You’re then good to go, just don’t forget to bring your own padlock, or you can buy one from us onsite.

Who has access to my unit?

Just you. When you move into a unit, you supply your own padlock. Don’t have one? No problems. We’ve got a quality, low-cost lock you can buy onsite at Brightwater Engineering.
